A rough-edged barroom tune Ethan belts out early in the film — soaked in whiskey, wit, and working-class despair. This number sets the tone for his broken, restless state.

At a choir rehearsal, Annie sings a raw, soul-piercing confessional. Ethan finds himself spellbound by Annie's performance, finally ready to declare her his duet partner.

Annie records this song at Tiny’s studio for Ethan to take to Nashville. It’s a vulnerable, decisive moment where she claims her own voice, with Ethan championing her to his record label.

Needing Nothing More

Ethan and Annie debut their duet at a local café — a moment of triumph and connection. This hour of joy collides with Ethan's near-fatal car accident, casting doubt on whether hope can endure.

Home On The Range

After the café duet, Ethan finds peace in an AM station’s crackling rendition of “Home On The Range.” The night hums with promise — until it meets with fate on a dark country road.

Beverly

Ethan’s unreleased romantic folk song surfaces during his rehab — a piece that captures the fragility of first love and the faint hope it can survive loss.

A Love So Fine

Annie and Ethan’s second duet is a tender ballad about the delicate nature of love, revealing that it survives only when both are willing to bend rather than break.
